I'm hearing horror stories about warp/melting gaskets? Along with changing the thermostat out with a AP2 thermostat for us AP1 guys something along the lines of it opens at a 10 degree difference? Also fuel lines when taking off the manifold having to replace washers or youll have a fuel leak? Some advice on this subject would help.

my fuel line never leaked when i replaced it. i cant rememeber if i change the washers or not. just give a little more tightness and you should be okay.
