I'd personally save the money you'd be spending on the gas and buy more mods

can't do more mods without going up in class its already on the low end power/weight wise in ttc i would need 240 whp!

to max out ttb would be 260+ wheel @ 2850lbs with boltons no stroker no way

If you think mixing 93 octane and 110 octane in equal parts will result in 107 octane.....

its called 110 octane but the octane rating is 107 so mixed with 93 that should make 100 Octane I think
I got a wideband so I should be able to tell if I mixed the fuel wrong before the car blows up!

So, sort of a newbie question here.

Do our ECU's automatically advance timing with higher octaine fuel?

At Buttonwillow I have the option of 100 octane unleaded, over our usual pump of 91 here in CA. It's only about $7 a gallon (Willow Springs in $19gal!).

So, will my engine advance the timing and will I gain any hp using it just at the track? Only other mods are AEM V2 and Shunk2 exhaust.

No they won't. The ECU's maps are made for the octane they would see. Then the ECU will advance/retard for changes in intake temp, ECT ect.

EDIT Actually, would the STFT/LTFT values adjust enough for it?
