you'll make 20-30 HP in the new cross over and 8-12hp up top due to HFC and tighter AFR. You could play with Ignition to help gain some more.

^This sounds about right. Ultimately tuning isn't rocket science, especially an N/A car where you're just tuning a few basic things (vtec/timing/fuel). I started with the Toda map, but I'm running a test pipe. I'm not sure how a HFC really differs. Ultimately just keep an eye out to make sure you aren't seeing knock and your a/f is tuned and you should be a-ok. You actually make power a little leaner 13-13.5. I'd say ~13 a/f is safe, as long as you aren't seeing any knock/ping.

If you want to pay an experienced flashpro tuner nothing wrong with that, but doing some basic tuning is something anyone can handle.
