How Much HP Can You Push Out Of An NA motor?
as the title says, how much HP can you make without boosting? and how would you do it?
-exhaust
-intake
-headers
-tune
-anything else?
sorry im new to the s2k's in general

Search is your friend.
To get the most power out of our engine, you will want to rebuild and do higher compression, and ITBS (individual throttle bodies) with an AEM EMS to tune it. Then I would say do research to find a header, then a 3" test pipe to a 3" exhaust. Even with all that, you still won't be at the 300whp range. From the dynos with people with ITBS they are around 240-250whp.

f20 or f22? F22's seem to squeek out around 10 more whp than f20's and with the higher displacement respond a little better to bolt-on breather mods.
My ideal setup for N/A boltons would be the (new) PWJDM Intake, Hytech 4-2-1 header, Asura 3" HFC/TP, Asura 3" Exhaust.
On an F22 you're looking at probably around a SAE corrected 230-235whp from ~200whp, f20 probably around 220-225whp from ~190whp. Can't comment on the torque curves exactly. Keep in mind squeeking out these numbers are from being very particular in parts, if you go budget be prepared to be disappointed.

HONESTLY IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW DEEP YOUR POCKET ARE YOU COULD MAKE FORM 210WHP TO 340SHP ALL MOTOR IT JUS DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO SPEND AND HOW DEDICATED YOU ARE JUST MY 2CENTS. (SRRY FOR THE ALL CAPS I HAVE TO USE IT AT MY JOB)

Their is no replacement for displacement. With that being said, I can't believe anyone hasn't mention'd a stroker kit.

the guys posted up asking about bolt ons... i doubt hes interested in spending the money and headaches to do a stroker kit...
what is comes down to is that if you want substantial gains outta an F20/F22 you should just boost it. unless u wanna spend about 10k to get to 300whp reliably

Well he just said, "how much HP can you make without boosting." So who knows.
I do agree though when it comes down to it, it would be cheaper and easier to go boost to get 300+whp reliably.
