Default How do you know if you're 'over-camming' the motor

How can you tell if you have too much cam for the motor? Is hi-compression a must for high-lift, long duration NA cams?

I don't really know, but my guess would be that you loose your mid-range.

Cam choice is dictated by usage. If you intend to street drive the car you'll have to compromise on the cam if you want a degree of tractability.

All about the dyno... Motors react differently we recently had luck on an oem k24 motor with stage three cams...

That said make sure your valvetrain matches your cams cause that can cause trouble

my guess is you would lose the high RPM range. BUT then again thats just an uneducated guess.
