Thumbs down header noise

I just put a nice sized header on my S and there is a sound which sounds like a very very quiet exhaust leak. i checked the gasket on the head and i checked around the flanges between the header and the test pipe and couldnt feel any leaks. this header is really really large like id have to say as big as the J's header. so anybody ill take anything besides a click the search button.

I had the same noise after installing my ricks header, I think it just might be more engine noise because of the lack of head shielding on the header. I checked for leaks as well, and had none.

have some one hold a shop rap over the tail pipes blucking the exhaust flow and let the exhaust build up for a sec. it makes pin pointing the leak easier and faster
