Header... Berk, Rick's, or Megan
Looking to pick up a header for an AP1 everyone seems to have so many mixed thoughts on the subject. Which would be the best to go with for an AP1 Berk, Ricks, or just save the money and use the Megan. Will be matched up with a test pipe and 70mm exhaust.
Thanks for any info guys

Taken from Official Header Thread
Dyno
Berk Technologies - $600
Tri-y design. 50mm primaries. This system weighs in at a little under 12 lbs. Alone there are very minimal gains up top, but with a good exhaust system there are decent gains.
Megan - $400
Tri-Y design. 2" primaries, 2.5" collector. A decent header at an affordable price. Slight increase in power in the higher rpm range. This header weighs 12 lbs.
Rick's - $600
Tri-y design. This header is basically similar in design to that of the Mugen header. Gains are similar, and mainly seen in the mid range. This header weighs in at about 13 lbs. Not recommended for the AP2, as stated by Rick himself.
Which would be best is such a generalized question
What do you mean by mixed thoughts? It wont be the best bang for your buck if thats what you mean.
What are you looking to acheive with a header upgrade?
Do you have any other mods aside from the TP and catback?

Currently TP, 70mm exhaust, gutted intake box with K&N filter and snorkel. Planning on adding a kraftwerks supercharger in a few months, so I was trying to figure out if I should add a header for better flow or if its not even needed.
By mixed thoughts I mean some people on hear say its worth it and others say there no need to add one. Of course thats to be expected on forums though.

Keep the stock unless you are getting one of the top headers.
honestly your header decision depends on where you want the power. the best flowing headers in my opinion are the feels i think they give better mid range and the 4-2-1 style give better high end hp

It's actually the opposite... 4-1 is high end gains, 4-2-1 is mid range.
I don't even know of anyone that owns the Feels header. And the only people that got any noticable gains with the CT header were supercharged cars.
