We are replacing the 550cc inj in the kit with 1000cc any hints on how to adjust the maps to address the increase in size?
Any good links on the tuning process seems a little thin on information from what I am finding?

Your best bet would be to post in the engine management forum for those types of questions. I'm sure you will have some guys on here that know a little bit, but you might get more answers over there.

There is a parameter setting for scaling the injectors, that should get you pretty close but some fine tuning is probably necessary.
Also if you do some searching there are some very informative threads on the GEMU tuning here.
