You are going to get ALOT of mixed reviews about this. So take everything with a grain of salt... BUT from what my builder and multiple proven tuners have told me it goes like this. For an all motor pump 93oct car the max compression you want to run is 12.5:1... not to say you couldnt run a 13.0:1 and have it be fine... but the general cut off for pump gas is going to be in the 12 range. Make sure you do a good light rod as well to keep the motor responsive in the revs. If I built an all motor F20 it would be like this.
-Darton Sleeve 90mm Bore with the lightest piston I could find. 12.5:1
-Lightest Steel rod I could find
-Modded K24 99mm Crank
-Endyn or 4piston Head
-Custom web cams
-skunk2 ultra series intake manifold with a 2.5 liter plentium and 7" runners(if they ever release it)
tuned on pump gas and k-pro it should make 280-290whp easy
if it was for a track or race car I would bump the compression up to 14-15:1, add kinsler 64mm ITB`s, ferrea roller rocker conversion, web vtec killer cams and make over 300whp easily
send me a pm in you have any questions

You'll be plenty fine with 12.5:1. You will not be knock-limited when searching for power on the dyno when using Sunoco 94.
No need to go higher than that, unless you're planning to use race gas like VP ms109, or e85.

Just for referance on the whole pump gas/compression thing my good friend has a B13 sentra with a SR20VE (All motor 2.0 VVL motor) Very similar to our motors layout. And he has drop in SR16 pistons in it that make the compression 13.4:1... he has had this car tuned on a simple chipped stock ECU on pump gas for years now beating the hell out of it. So it is very possible to run 13.0:1 on a pump gas car. All just comes down to having a good tune keep in mind.
