F20c head to B18c head?

Default F20c head to B18c head?
my buddy who claims to know alot about JDM motors told me i could create a "frankenstein" motor by swapping out my F20c head to a B18c head. he said the B18 head will bold right up with minimal modification. is this possible? oh and he also said it would put me over the 300whp mark with just that midification. thanks

You would have more luck trying to stick an RB26DETT head on there.

are you kidding... even if you could you would lose power because our head will outflow a B series or any other stock head no problem. people argue the k series but it still will.
