changed my transmission fluid.....
sup guys!!! so last week i finally decided to change my own transmission fluid for the first time as apposed to paying someone to do it. I felt a sense of accomplishment that was untill the very next day when i noticed a small oil leak(pretty sure it was transmission fluid) Long story short I put a little over 2 quarts of honda mtf into my transmission (the car was tilted and i do acknowledge my mistake now)instead of the recommended 1.6 quarts I spoke to another s2000 owner who said he had the same issue and said that the excess transmission fluid went into the "clutch area" and now i just have to wait it out...anyone else ever delt or heard of this happening? Any help would be appreciated guys, thanks
btw, i have included a link to a picture which show where my leak is comming from

I don't know about the fluid in the clutch area part, but I think you should raised the car leveled using 4 jackstands, open the fill bolt and let anything leak out since you're supposed to fill until it is leveled with the fluid fill hole and fluid starts to leak out from overfill (that's how you know you have enough fluid in there, when the overfill starts to leak out). You can also ask or do a search on the UTH subforum to find more info there.
