I'm not sure if Honda sells just the baffle.

I'll keep thinking of other ways to help solve your problem.
How big of a hole did you drill?

You may have drilled too big of a hole, I'll do a DIY with better pics and specs, I'll also eliminate that hole under the PCV all together on AP1's and possibly AP-2's

Thanks macr88 for drilling my baffle recently. Will be testing it at the track in a few weeks.

if you are getting fumes in the car, then your catch can is not properly of effectively collecting the oil. how is you set up?

anyways, i have a question. i an getting ton of crap. my catch can is either way to efficient or more car is just dumping so much crap out. i drive less than 200 miles and my catch can is full or over flowing. it is about half a cup size every 200 miles. 200 miles daily driving. no, hard driving. just city and highway. what is going on. but apparently my car also picked up about 5 whp adding a catch can. i guess less of that honey mustard is going into the intake manifold.

It definitely collects oil I just emptied it today.

I have both the front breather and the PCV line connected to the can and a little filter to vent at the top of the can.
Then capped off the holes on the intake manifold.

You might want to look at the seal that seals off the hood and firewall area. If you have a vented hood then switch your cabin fan from fresh air to recirc because there's nothing you can do other than not venting that stuff to the atmosphere.

I have a crappy fitting fake vented hood
why not just run the breather filter on a hose into the fender wheel/under the floor pan?

You could do that as well but it wouldn't be my first choice.

you know it occurred to me I could just run the breather back to the intake?
is that ok to have both lines to the can then one back to the intake?

No, the system won't work as it was designed to. The best option is to have 2 OCCs, one for 1/2 inch hoses and one for 3/8 hoses. If you research how that system came to be on production cars you'll know how to set it up for your needs
