Seems like you are running a bit rich with the tune. I've always thought for NA's you could afford to lean it up a little to pick up a few extra HP's.

aem ems is stepping stone for FI?built NA motor/ITBs. stop focusing on the number, and just realize that the car is now ready for more HP

KISS ... keep it simple stupid ... anything wrong with your car? I mean hell man, if you have an exhaust leak, old plugs, dirty air filter, etc. that might account for your motor not running at peak efficiency or if you genuinely have a problem. Check for compression like he said above, make sure your car doesn't have any mechanical issues.... If your car isnt running well throwing modifications at it to try and compensate for lost power is not the way to go especially on a higher mileage car. lastly, I would also say find another tuner.

reading your post pretty much sums up my experience this weekend, i just pulled 198 on a mustang, was hoping to crack 200. toda header, berk hfc, 70mm greddy tic.

I just tuned my VAFC2 on my MY01 and I was able to pull 217.3hp/151tq on a Dyno Dynamics, with K&N Fipk, 70mm tp & 70mm Single (greddy Ti-C)
