so stock makes more power than T1R? sounds just not right to me. i wanna figure out why the 60RS restrict the power outlet tho. with the 60RS i got 211 and without it i got 214

This may sound mundane but have you replaced your spark plugs lately and/or done a tune up? You would be surprised what that will do to your numbers. Having my plugs gapped wrong caused my s2000 with the Greddy turbo kit to make 150whp the fuel was quenching the plugs.

being an 04 its the 2.2 right? I would step up to a 70mm test pipe and exhaust. I think the 60mm single exhausts choke the engine a little bit. They seem to do better on the 2.0L engines. Also, like others have said peak numbers aren't necessarily what's most important and if that is what you care most about then I'd boost it. I know its frustrating to spend a ton and not see huge gains but that is what people have been saying all along about these cars. Honda really did their homework with this motor.

Post up a Dyno sheet of the before and after
You altitude, climate, etc could have played a big part in the numbers.
The most important thing is not to compare peak values but look at your overall picture.
Try lining up with another s2k that made more/similar hp then you and see how it goes.
FYI: J's is a 63mm exhaust

tuning the stock NA motor doesn yield a whole lot. i have seen some make 225whp on a dynojet, but thats in cold weather. truthfully, ,NA s2k just doesnt make the hp you expect for the money you put in. mine NA made 212whp on aem tune in hot humid weather. then i SC it, and made 350 on 8psi.
even if your down on power from the tune, how much do you think you are really down? maybe 10whp across the board max?
do CR test and see if motor is weak.

Without knowing your numbers stock we are all just speculating. I made 201/145 on the same dyno w/ my stock 2007. I then put a velocity stack and K&N filter on my otherwise stock intake and got 205/148.
A year or so later I put Fujita intake, T1R header and a T1R 70mm Sparrow and only picked up around 8hp and a few tq I believe. I have sinced reflashed the ECU w/ the Hondata reflash.
These motors don't give up much NA. The best option for me was to reflash and pick up that 25 or so midrange where the car really needs it. I have not dynoed since the reflash but do plan to in the near future.
Crescent (C-Speed) is an accomplished tuner and good friend of mine. I doubt the problem is with your tune.
