Berk header installed, vibration/rattle noise turning left
I have had a berk 3" single headerback exhaust on my 07 S2000 for awhile now and I am loving it so I went and got a berk header as well. I installed it this week and it seems great however I quickly noticed that whenever I went left hard enough I got a vibration/rattle type noise that seemed like something in the line is rubbing with the car. I am assuming that on these hard left turns its causing the exhaust to shift right and upwards. However when I have the car on the lift I see no signs of of any of the pieces making contact with each other to cause this noise.
The noise seems to be coming from the floorboards, it causes a vibration that you can feel down at the floor and increases with RPM and pretty much stops if I put the clutch in and coast around the turn.
Currently I have the two triangle hangers on the extra diff mount and the muffler. I am thinking I just need to play around with the hangers some to find a better fitment that was altered because of a slightly different shape in the berk header compared to the stock header?
I would appreciate any suggestions on where you guys think I might be getting this contact and or how to fix it. As well as suggestions on where to place the hangers.

Figured out the problem. The header was rubbing the passenger side frame about midway down on the 2nd pipe from the firewall. Had at most 1/8" of clearance so when I would turn hard it would rub on the frame. It seems like the flange of the header isn't quite at the correct angle for proper fitment. Here's hoping mvp motorsports / berk help me out. I'd really like to not have to hammer the hell out of the thing.

I sent my header back to berk to be repaired. This was back in late July and I am still waiting to hear back on when it will be finished and sent back to me. Not sure if I would recommend this route to anyone but its a possible fix if you're having this issue.
