its much easier to dd a 300whp FI than to dd a 300whp NA car.

i cant even imagine the compression you need to run 300whp na.

stage 3 or race cams are not dd'able.

Also a 300 whp NA 2 Liter motor is not going to be as factory realiable as you think.

Yeah I'm sure that NA car feels nice and all but gotta be 15K plus into it easily and only gained 40whp from stock.

i will agree that FI is cheaper and at the horsepower the OP wants it will be easily attainable and reliable..... but NA guys aren't doing it for the cheap costs or the crazy horsepower. There's just something about all motor power that draws you in!

all motor is more expensive to get the same power as boost. good luck getting 300whp with $8k all motor. boost is much easier/faster/less of a headache.
a fully built n/a engine isn't exactly reliable.

There's NA which is reliable and then there is modified NA which is about as reliable as FI.
