^if you are looking for just a little bit more sound than the stock exhaust some people say you can get that by removing the resonator. Search for it. Otherwise maybe you should consider buying an intake, with my FIPK I can't really hear my exhaust.

How could you tell? Looked like an s2000 with no exhaust, sounded like it was s2000 with a cutout.

Smell will really depend on the full exhaust system. I only smell the exhaust when standing still, and even then its not overpowering or anything.

TP really is the best mod for this car outside of driver training and a tune.

So is there any way to have a testpipe w/o any rasp and a 3" exhaust? My gf got me a 3" muffler for christmas and am wanting to use it for the exhaust because I plan to go turbo. And I love the catless smell.

I had an fg2 with a race header and 70mm skunk2 exhaust w/o any rasp anywhere, so I know it's possible.

If you don't want rasp don't rev above 6k.

I personally love the freaking rasp.

Go to autozone and pick up Dorman 42002 (or 42009 whichever is longer) spark plug defouler. Stack 2 of them together, bolt it on your TP and add the o2 sensor on top.

^this is what I did! I had to drill out one of the defoulers though in order to fit the O2 sensor.

No kidding. I cannot seem to make mine happy. I'm contemplating putting the cat back on.. The car is supper loud with the Q300, the PLM header and test pipe.
