Thanks for the info. I think I will go ahead and get a 70mm Invidia Test Pipe with the CEL fix (have the Invidia Q300 70mm dual exhaust already).

Thanks!!!

Hasn't research shown that 70mm pipes are only beneficial for FI applications and the smaller diameters for NA applications?

I do plan on putting in a SC down the road. Not sure the power difference is worth agonizing over though.

Thanks!

No, that is just a myth. It has been proven that 70mm has better gains over 60 or 63mm (2.5") exhaust piping. I have also seen good gains with a 3" or 75mm exhaust on NA applications. So if you want good power gains even NA, 70mm or 75mm is the way to go.

Please show me where you've seen that research

I gained 6mph in the 1/4 mile with my 70mm! I was trapping 95mph bone stock and 101mph with just a TP!

You didn't gain 6MPH because of your test pipe. You gained more like 1 MPH from the TP, and 5 MPH because of weather conditions.

Hey guy's I got a AEM CAI V1, INVIDIA 70M EXHAUST, RICKS RACING HEADER, AND A 63M MEGAN RACING TEST PIPE..

My question is will it make a difference if i put the 70m invidia test pipe on...and how much of a difference will it be? I heard its pretty big gains..Plus I have a fuel pressure reg to bump up the fuel so it wont lean out..Also have the hondata Intake Manifold Gasket...No tune yet..But was wondering what the gains would be without a tune first??
