picked up my Berk 63mm and I love it. Gives it that slight sound increase on the stock exhaust, and upper range feels better on the butt dyno. i personally love the gas smell (that and letting the people around me smell it)... plus my car is black and so is my exhaust (previous owner painted it), so im not worried about the stain.

Just some additional info to add to this post. I know that some people were curious about running a TP on a MY06+ without throwing a CEL.
I did quite a bit of studying, and I think I've stumbled upon the most reliable method of avoiding the CEL while modding with a TP. I went with a Berk TP that has a welded in CEL fix, and then I added a Blox CEL fix from inlinefour.com.
I'm about 3k miles into it, and I have yet to throw a CEL. I've been on long trips, spirited driving around town, top up, top down, A/C on, A/C off, dry weather and rain. I'm a pretty firm believer in this fix.
On a different note....PW:JDM intake+Berk TP+HKS HiPower exhaust=sex

the one question i have is if i go tp will it burn out my O2 sensors because i had a 98' prelude with a full exhaust and tp and the tp burnt out my foward O2 sensor which caused the check engine light to stay on. is there a way around that with the s2k or is it usually not a problem?

Just get the cheapest 70mm test pipe. A pipe is a pipe. One 70mm won't make more power than another 70mm test pipe. All it is is a pipe.
The T1R 70mm Pipe is a true straight pipe while the Invidia 70mm has two slight bends in it.
Though small those bends will cause a slight lost of power.

I have a Berk 63.5mm TP I like how it gives my stock exhaust at better sound and when I had the Buddy Club Spec III on it, it sounded really aggressive!
and I'm not really going to complain about the test pipe, because I got it basically for free, I traded my buddy a G15 gaming keyboard.. that I bought for 15 bucks
and No CEL here, it has a welded on CEL fix.
