There's really no reason to get a tune after a TP. It wouldn't hurt, but you can do pretty much all the bolt-ons you want and a tune isn't necessary.
I'm not saying that a tune wouldn't help at all, but a TP is a pretty small add add on, and isn't going to make all that much of a difference, even with a tune.

Just bought the Toda Torque-kun Header and the ASM 70mm single..
What TP to mate these two together?

I would use a 70mm test pipe to match the ASM 70mm perfectly.
