Just had my car tuned this Sunday by Sean at Church Automotive. All my mods are listed below. My car has 9,000 miles on it, with a brand new F20C short block (only 150 miles on it). Baseline is running on Sean's in house base maps (amazing improvement on paper, and drivability).
AEM V2 CAI, Hondata IMG, Toda Torquie-Kun Exhaust Manifold, 60mm Invidia test pipe, Fujitsubo Legalis-R Exhaust, Mugen Thermostat/Fan Switch/Radiator Cap, Supertech High Comp. Valve Train, AEM Series 2 EMS Tuned by Sean Church = 168lb/ft TQ, 248 HP on a Dynapack

Got my 2004 Ap2 dyno tuned today. Mods are in my signature. The temp was near 100 degrees today. Still waiting on my tuner to email me baseline and afr graphs. Baseline was 207.9, Final was 219.8 with up to 20+HP gains in the mid range.
Done on Dynojet
Tuned by Kenny Tran
*ADDED 7/5/11

05, 41k miles
my baseline from a few months ago car is bonestock except for HFC and VAFC/FPR
raceline USA dyno day (dynojet research)
i upgraded to a series2
Dynapack and it was over 100 degrees today
Green is tuned/yellow is untuned
major low end gains
peak hp
227whp & 156ftlbs WITHOUT i/h/e; MAP logs show i have a major intake restriction at 5500rpm. i pulled the stock intake off to see if that was the restriction and it's not. I suspect throttle body like Wadzii suggested about his own build. I might put a 70mm on unless bisi convinces me to go ITB (yeah right). ill be at the next raceline dyno day to independently confirm these numbers. Examining the stock TB and reading Wadzii's experience with a 06+ intake system, i think the problem is the TB outlet (backside) and manifold opening, i wonder if the hole on those sides can be opened up more?

Here is my AP1's dyno (yes it's an ap1, I just did all the ap2 conversions). I drove 4 hours to the dyno and got on the dyno probably 10 minutes after I arrived there. Not to mention it was around 102 degrees out that day so i'm sure I would have gotten some better numbers if it was cooled a little more.
Mods: PRM intake, Berk 63mm TP, JVT header. I also have a 75 shot of nitrous but didn't get to dyno with it. My best NA run was 197whp and 134 ft torque on the Dynojet.

Yeah definetly man, I bet if I let the engine cool down for a while longer and it was cooler outside I could easily gotten over 200whp. I do not have any engine management to tune or anything, just the few bolt ons (intake, test pipe, and cheapo header).
Depending on what it is most mods will give a very small amount of power without any tuning, and in some cases you won't gain any. When you tune that's when you get the most out of your bolt ons. I have a 75 shot of nitrous on my S also but didn't have it all working that day of the dyno so couldnt test it. I would put it around 270-280whp with the nitrous.
