how do u feel b4 and after install it....?if u guys have dyno please post it

Spoon header is for JDM bling only, not performance.

Spoon header w/ stock exhaust would definately lose power.

Mugen 2.2l, Tracy Sports, J's are good for power

Megan seems to get good reveiws too. for a lot less money

Hytech is the best and has the longest wait, but nothing will net you more gains

I think most reputable brand name header will gain some power in one area or another on your power band.

Very interesting! I've always wondered if, perhaps, we're screwing with the Helmholtz resonance when we slap on all these mismatched parts on an NA car.

Perhaps the results are very different when you use the Spoon items as a complete system.
