If you search this site, you will find many cars that have been broken into with the Seat Locks installed, and the seats haven't been slashed.

It DOES guarantee that you'll keep the seats - if your seats were to be slashed, only the covers need to be replaced.

What sold me on the seat locks is the fact that even if they cut up the seats I'll be able to drive the car until I get some new seats/covers.
