dont forget guys, nobody is "making" 4.77 gears, not rich, not anyone, there made by KIA. you can order them from KIA for cheap, goto a junkyard and find a kia 5th or 6th, whatever it is 100 bucks, done

are the kia gears actually worth it? they aren't cyro'ed are they?

Having the cryo treatment done is extra for any gear set you buy. The cryo process is done by a cryogenics company or lab not by the gear manufacturer. The service runs an extra $100 most places.

A 4.44 maybe more in budget for you and is close in the performance that the 4.56 offers.

ok im dumb but im gunna ask anyways to learn what is the difference between 4.77 4.56 or 4.44 gears and what do they do for an s2000 as far as performance wise. And also what is the final drive for the s2000?

in simple words....drops top speed, increases acceleration.

example:
4.77 - top speed = 128 mph - takes ROUGHLY a second off stock 1/4 time.

I didn't know they would actually drop your 1/4 time by a second... don't you have to shift more...?
