Default Wheels without center caps

I must ask the question, because I am seeing more wheels without center caps. Why would anyone install wheels and not put the center caps on? Also, if you are not going to put the center caps on, why do you leave the rotor rusted so you can see it when you take a close up picture of your new wheels? Someone please help answer, I must be missing something. In my opinion it looks like crap to buy $2,000 wheels and not put center caps on or at least paint the rotors/calipers.

We aren't all ballers. What tends to be of importance to some, is irrelevant to others.

I don't have caps... but thats because I can't find the caps I want (Flat type A) in the color that matches my wheels. (Diamond Black TE37s)

But I did however paint the hub area black because I hate the rusty look. I even taped off the nut sticking out of the rear wheels and painted around there black as well.

^^^ The brakes have been replaced and the rotor centers are painted. This is not what I am talking about. Search the gallerys and look at the wheels. I am not saying the caps are required. I was just wonder why they are left off, and then if they are, why not paint the rotor centers?
