I was told the Hi-Power is made from a newer, more rust resistant medal. Also the Hi-Power does not have holes in the exhaust tips for an optional silencer.

The Hiper is the older one. I have it and it has holes in the tips for silencers.

The Hi-Power supposedly flows a little better.
