I've never seen another one like it. Any idea where my Momo wheel is from??

Its from an EP3 civic I do believe. EP3 Type R premier edition or something.

hmm cool and the s2 air bag fits. I bought the car used obviously. I figured it was a CR wheel, but then I saw a CR and saw they were the same as the base
