I have a Tanabe behind Berk headers and Berk HFC. It is noticeably louder than stock, but not offensive. At startup, it can be very bassy, but once it settles to idle, it’s just lovely and quiet. Normal driving isn’t especially loud, but has a deep throaty performance tone. I wouldn’t say that it drones at all. At full throttle, it roars. It’s impossible not love its song under tunnels and overpasses. There are times when I wish it was slightly quieter… just as many times I wish it were slightly louder, so for me I consider it the sweet spot.

were u able to narrow it down between the two? i am also down to these two as well but cant decide between the two. i do plan on getting a supercharger in the near future

I ended up going with the HKS SSM exhaust through rhdjapan which come out to $1583 in the end. It has all the things I was looking for in an aftermarket exhaust. Also, this video sold me pretty hard on it as well.

dang that does sound pretty nice. let me go check out the specs see if its large enough for supercharger
