Voltex Type 2 Installation *QUESTIONS*
Hey guys, sorry in advance if i'm asking newbie questions, My long awaited Voltex Type 2 Wing (1600mm) with 175mm risers came in and I have a few questions about installations that I couldn't quite find online... (It doesn't help that voltex directions are all in Japanese )
1. Where should I mount the brackets for the wing? I've seen them mounted on some cars in line with the trunkline and flushed with the edges of the trunk, i've seen some about 6 inches from the trunk line mounted, Just a bit confused as to if there is a "Correct" way to mount the wing, It's a one and done kinda deal!
2. Where the wing itself attatches to the bracket, which holes should I attatch the wing to? theres two rows of three holes on one side of the bracket, and three holes right next to it.
I know these may be stupid questions, but i'd figure it's always better to be safe then sorry (with 12 holes in my trunk )
Thanks again!

Hello,
I have my "js" spoiler mounted slightly above the edge of the boot lid.
I wanted the end of the spoiler exactly in the same line as the back of my rear bumper.
I mean like this:

I hope this helps.
with kind regards,

do not follow rob's guide to mount this.
do not use the stock spoiler hole.
i did and i ended up mounting it 1 inch further in from the edge of the trunk. looks fine but most that i see look cleaner when the base is mounted flush with the trunk edge.
