Vinyl Wrap DIY

Yeah after going to a car show and seeing the vinyl jobs there I should have kept mine. My works mistakes still looked better than the cars in the show.
If I get some extra money I'll have someone do my bumpers and I'll do everything else again.

i used my left over vinyl to wrap an old desk for my wifes computer. looks pretty sweet, same issue with the 90* angles though.

Wish we could of seen the whole project done! I've always loved the vinyl look just wish we could seen the whole car finished. It looked clean from the progression pics!

Umm... Nice attempt.. Been there done that. But here is my experience with it. I was wrapping my whole car Matte black and spend a little over
$600. Honestly, In the pictures the car looks good in a wrapping job , but up close it looks like a crappy Macco job. Probably macoo is a better choice for the money. Some of the curves such as the front bumper are impossible for a normal DIY person to perfect. I clean my surface of the car multiple times to make sure no dirt goes under the vinyl , but no matter what they appear like a sore eye.
After all, I ended up tearing all the vinyl off and just leaving the hood and truck wrapped. I have wrapped small thing with carbon fiber and
other vinyls so I did have some experience , but this project was just to big to take on for a amature. I don't recommend doing this, but if you do Good Luck.
