Sorry but splitting the exhaust in 2 is just silly. Honda only did it to improve sells to there target demographic.

It is one of the few concessions Honda made to market appeal.

But personally I think it looks better than a huge single fart pipe.

In addition to numerous dyno plots lets consider the physics involved:

the more piping the fluid (air) goes through the more friction it encounters. Duals have more piping so more friction, less velocity, less power

the more bends and the sharper the bends in the piping the more resistance. Duals have two very sharp bends after the axles to split to two, whereas many singles have the one milder bend.

and a practical comparison:

many fire departments used to use two 3in hoses to pump water from a hydrant to a truck or from truck to truck, when they switched to one 5in hose they were able to get more flow. Water and air act nearly identical as they are both fluids.

Im going to most likely get the HKS hi power dual, if im looking to leach every single hp out of my car im going down the wrong road with N/A
I will be adding a wet shot to my car so getting 5 hp from one exhaust compared to another, isnt worth my worries. I should just get what i like and sounds the best to me.

in that case I think you are making a very good decision for your application.

Thanks man i appreciate it, but than it came back to the decision of "well i have a single now, the weigh reduction is nice, and the airflow proves to be more efficent but the number reason i would buy a single now is i prefer the look" so again i was at cross roads, aggressive look with a tad more function to it, or go back to a slightly more aggressive sounding exhaust that doesnt leave a bumper hole open. Still undecided but leaning towards the dual HKS.

Thanks for the help everyone.
