NAtuned: I too had holes in my bumper where some idiot had put bolts that were too long in the tag bracket, which punched holes in the front bumper. I tried bumper repair from 3M and countless others that always fell out. So, being that Im a model car guy, I had some Tamiya epoxy putty laying around. Needless to say it worked and has been in the bumper for over a year. Its great stuff. Sandable, paintable, and best of all IT DOES NOT SHRINK!!! You should be able to pick it up at a local hobby shop. Heres what I'm speaking of:
