Default took the s2k to the dyno

So i was curious on what my stock '01 ap1 would make so i took a trip to the dyno.
power was as expected.
i'll upload a video later.



car is dirty as hell so don't hate. lol

That seems low. My car made 218 on the same dyno with just a catback exhaust (HKS).

i heard the 02-03's have a better tune on them from the factory. and my car has a really dirty air filter. lol
this is nothing. my civic made 402whp, that was fun to drive...

i had about the same. 198 and 140 tq. 00 ap1, i think thats about average, considering the rich running ecu. there is power to be made if you get it tuned.

Change out the filter. At our dyno day we had a member with a filthy OEM air filter, I let him borrow my clean K&N and he gained ~5 whp. His was nasty to the point of dirt and pretty much impermeable to air though.

yea im going to buy a k&n one soon. winter does not motivate me to do much to the car though.

not bad... i wonder what i would get... i'd probably get a little less considering i live in vegas being a desert and all...

Id be happy with those numbers. It just bugs me how the later ap1s got a better tune

Those are normal #s for a stock AP1. I might be getting my first dyno later this month
