key variable is the he wants to lower it 2".

That will surpass it's recommended drop.

HKS, Skunk2, KW2, Koni might be worth looking into.

i mean i dont have to drop it 2 inches but thats where i am now and i love the look of the car, heres 2 pics of my car as it is now

kw's are also about 4-500 more than kw's. so you might want to consider that. i am also an owner of the v3's and they are very nice. there is a very wide range of adjustability.
