I DIDNT KNOW THAT P2R SOLD A SPACER,BUT I DO HAVE THE P2R GASKET.TO HELP WITH HEAT ALONG WITH THE INTAKEMANIFOILD GASKET.THERE WAS NO POWER DIFFERNCE,BUT THE MANIFOLD IS COOLER TO THE TOUCH.

I don't see how adding a measly 4 cubic inches of volume to the intake manifold would make a measurable difference in power. I also don't see how insulating the TB would make a difference IF you've already insulated the IM with a Hondata IMG. My TB is always cool, unless it's been sitting for a while.
I also suspect that adding the 3/4" spacer might cause problems for the intake, since you will be moving the mating surface 3/4" closer to the radiator. Depending on which intake you have, you may not be able to do that. It might even cause problems with STB clearance (I'm not a fan of STB's).

gernby, i have a aem v2. clearence isnt a problem. ^^^ the guy about has the same style intake. the 2 gaskets are made out of the same material as the hondata IMG.
its equal to getting a little larger intake manifold. mostly the tb spacer makes more tq beacause of the volume readily avaible. k series guys with a tune are getting good whp out of them. even tuned without one and then some airfuel trimming/adding and are getting another 4-5whp and 6-8lb tq.

The P2R TB gasket works due to the fact that you have coolant running through the TB for the IACV; pre-DBW. As far as the spacer, it may or may not work. You are adding volume to the plenum, which should yield gains in the top-end; in theory. I just don't see how a little bit more volume right behind the TB, would do much of anything.

Guys remember P2R also makes a TB Spacer/Adapter that allows a 2009-2010 Acura TL AWD 80mm DBW TB to bolt up.
Yes this is for an accord but they make one for the DBW S2000
