Default Testpipe issues

I bought this off of a guy on Craigslist and he said he had it on his AP1 with stock exhaust and it fit great, but now that I took my cat off and went to replace it with this; I'm seeing it impossible to fit..

The 3 bolt flange is fine and goes on the car fine, when it comes to the 2 bolt flange; there is no place for the donut gasket to go into.. and when I remove the donut gasket, the piece of header piping gets in the way and won't slide into the test pipe or anything. Is it me, or is this thing just not going to fit? The 2 bolt flange thing also has a piece of piping sticking out a little bit, wtf?

Onto the pictures:

That definitely looks like it will NOT fit. It has too many bends and it looks 'custom'. It looks longer than a normal testpipe. I would just go with a Berk TP and be happy.
