Default Test pipe

im kinda new to the s2k world. will getting a test pipe hurt my engine at all as opposed to the stock catalytic converter? im a noobie but i know some on here on whizzes when it comes to things like this. honda wants to charge me $800 for a new stock catalytic converter saying they wont cover factory warranty of 8 year 80,000 miles on cat because i have an aftermarket exhaust. i think its BS but they wont budge. can anybody help?

Get a Berk Test Pipe. It's $125. It will not throw any CEL. The power gain is mininum and the sound is great.

which test pipe would be better to go with Berk or Invidia? i have the Invidia V3 dual exhaust with stock header. will the test pipe pass california emissions? which size would it be 63.5mm or 70mm? would it be better to get a high flow cat instead?

Test pipes are for "off-road" use only. So, no it will not pass CA smog test.

BTW, we have the Berk test pipe in stock and ready to ship.
