Default T1R rear Tie Rods

Okay my hime joints on the T1R tie rod ends are wore out in the rear of the car. I know these are parts that wear out, so on and so forth. But prior to picking up the T1R's I had J's Racing same reason I got rid of them is because the hime joint wore out. So does anyone have any part numbers to replace these hime joints on the T1R's ??? I called Evasive they don't sell replacements. I called AJ they do its like 150-180 I cant remember. I got someone trying to see if they have Arora Hime joints that will work. (well see how that goes) If no one has replaced these Im just going to by Megan ones for $130 and shit can them every year as a-posed to buying 350 + ones and still shit canning them once a year. Just seeing if anyone can steer me in a direction of a part number or whatever?

Thanks

where i live, there's a "bolt" store that specializes in hotrods. they have the heim joint rod ends in assorted varieties...check summit or jegs. they might have the rod ends...just know your thread pitch and diameter.

I pm'd you but just for anyone elses reference:

So I took them out and measured them up and got them through McMasterCarr. Just for reference the part numbers are 59935K471 & 59935K87. I know a lot of people on here have been looking for the replacements since they go fairly quick. I'm going to order up some boots for these today to try to prolong the life of them a bit further. They were 20 bucks a piece

Another good place to get replacement joints is http://www.bakerprecision.com

I'm currently ordering replacement joints for a set of J's Racing arms I just bought.

The joints I'm purchasing are expensive, about $450 for the four of them. When I looked at the load specs, I can see why.

These are the ones for J's Racing arms (I think).

NMB / NHBB (
ART Series - Aircraft), #ART10ECR Static Radial Load Capacity: 21,900 lbs. $109.85 each http://www.bakerprec...n.com/nhbb1.htm

FK USA (JMX-T Series), #JMXT - 10 Static Radial Load Capacity: 17,959 lbs. $32.85 each http://www.bakerprecision.com/fk2.htm

McMasterCarr Static Load Capacity: 8,405 lbs. $20.85 each

For T1R and Megan you'd have to search, but I'd reconsider the McMasterCarr ones you linked. For $12 more each you can double the load rating.

Just my opinion. I'll update this once I finish my rebuild of the J's Arms and let you guys know my thoughts. I'm hoping that a higher Static Load rating will equal longer life.
