i got the t1r used for 700 and i love it, dont cheap out on quality parts for a s2k, its not like your drving a civic or somthing...

since when has greddy been a cheap company?
and it's just a few stainless pipes. as longs as the welds are clean it should hold up fine. get off your high horse. just because the t1r is much more expensive doesn't mean it's much better.

i wanted something quieter than my Invidia V1 dual - so i had a toss up between the Ti-C and the HKS.

bought the greddy+70mm Berk tp, took it off after 2 weeks, didnt sound as good as the Invidia. So i went with the HKS+63mm tp and its not as badass as the Invidia, its much more civilized.

I was disappointed in the Ti-C because a) it droned except with perfect throttle position between 3-4k b) not as pronounced vtec crossover and c) WOT vtec wasnt as awesome sounding as the Invidia. Also with the silencer it sounded kind of stupid/ricey.

to each their own tho

i had the t1r 70rt and took it off the car after 2-3 days because of how loud it was (and this was my daily driver at the time). Now I have a regular daily driver so i only take the s2k out once in awhile and i want to put an exhaust on it again

i loved the 70rt but hear great things about the 70mm v3. The 70rt almost had an f1 type sound at WOT and even had a nice rumble at idle. For those of you who have seen or used both, which would you recommend? I've watched all the videos online and i'm not sure which one to go for. Brand new, there is about a $500 price difference between the v3 w/ testpipe and the 70rt - any input would be appreciated.

I see the 70RT as just the titanium version of the 70R V3 without the resonator. The 70RT has no need for a testpipe or cat, as it's just straight pipe, but I don't think that will make much of a difference vs a 70R V3 and testpipe. I'd go with the 70R V3.

i just installed the greddy ti-c single and it drones a lot i love the deep sound but like other posts can be fixed with perfect throttle position im not trying to change my driving just because of exhaust. would the t1r resonated test pipe get rid or at least most of the drone say over 60-70 % of the drone? or would even a regular test pipe get rid of it. i dont care if the test pipe will make my exhaust louder but would it at least get rid of my drone? not trying to change my exhaust so dont suggest it i like the greddy its just the drone that gets annoying.
