The T1R is a header-back exhaust, not a cat-back. And yes, it bolts right on.

Take your car to the Honda dealer with any kind of aftermarket exhaust and they will void your warranty.

If you are cool with the service dept, your warranty will be fine. When I had my MINI, I managed to burn the clutch in the first 15,000 miles and it was replaced under warranty. It was my first stick car btw. I also had a smaller pulley on the S/C and an intake and never got grief when I went in for my scheduled maintenance. Make sure to take the service manager out to dinner. j/k.

I have a 70mm test pipe and the Greddy single to put on (which would make it a header back system). I'll post pics and my impression when I get it put on this week. I have heard the greddy and test pipe combo is pure awesomeness...

I love my Greddy........I have a 70mm test pipe and it made a difference for me.... I think I will use the silencer for long trips with the GF and leave the silencer out for DD and Track days..

Good power gains too!

Both are good exhausts. Really comes down to personal preference.

Greddy sounds better, much better. Ive heard from a T1R owner that had the greddy on before and I was told no noticeable difference in performance and doesnt sound as good as their greddy. Of course im biased because I have the TiC but I love it hehe, im sure the T1R is just as cool lol.

I've been DD'ing my Ti-c for a couple months and I love it! The seller didn't have the silencer for it but honestly I don't think I'd use it. Matched with a fujita cai vtec=heaven!!!
