How good are the tanabe sway bars? I read that tanabe are hollow. Is that bad? Does that ruin anything? What's the difference?

Best of all... thoughts on the tanabe ones

Your OEM ones are hollow. Doesn't seem so bad does it?

Nothing wrong with a hollow bar. Most of the tensional stiffness comes from the outer part of the bar. A hollow bar will be almost as stiff as a solid bar of the same material and dia. and a lot lighter. I don't know if the Tanabe bar is any good or not.

A hollow bar can be just as stiff as a solid bar if it is made correctly. I can't vouch for the Tanabe sway bar, but Tanabe has good products

Make sure you get a good sway bar setup to match your suspension. IF you running stock suspension a new sway bar setup might not help you at all or might give you less handling then the stock stuff. Remember Honda fine tuned everything on our S2Ks.
