Default Steering Wheel HELP needed

I swapped to a sparco steering wheel in my 06 AP2 this afternoon. The good news is the steering wheel feels great and I'm really excited to have it. The BAD news is the SRS resistor the Splash hub comes with didn't fit the AP2 so I now have the airbag light on my dash. I would love to not have it on my dash. Does anyone know how to make/ buy a good resistor? Also, after I get up to around 30mph both of the VSA lights come on which is the really alarming part of the equation. Any help would be really REALLY appreciated. Needless to say I'm freaking out.

Thanks in advance

Going to answer part of my own question. I read on here that the VSA and "!" light is triggered by the hub and putting a third prong in the hub would make those lights go away. Can anyone verify this? I'm perfectly fine with my SRS light staying on full time, but I really need to fix the other two lights and allow my VSA to be turned off again

Yes. I drive it a few miles a week, but race on the weekends. Right now I'm just concerned about the VSA lights coming on because it you cannot turn off traction control when they are both on. I'm not concerned with the SRS light I don't have to take the car for any emissions on inspection testing.

You don't need to quiz me or anything, I was just asking for much needed help.

i know to turn off the srs light you can buy (or make) a plug for the exposed connector

Yeah I saw one of those earlier, both are really helpful. I just want to turn off the VSA at this point which I think is something to do with the hub, but I really have only a vague theory based off of other threads I have read.

VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist)

He wired the horn wiring backwards, or forgot to connect the connectors hidden in the steering column when he installed the wheel.. :thumbup

This is my new question: If my VSA and "!" light is on. Is the VSA still on, or is VSA disabled completely? Because if traction control is disabled I will just cover the christmas lights with electrical tape.
