Default Spoon Ti shift knob

Just like the title says. My Spoon copy shift knob is coming apart where the threads are apparently glued inside. My question is.......has anyone had problems with the genuine Spoon Ti knob or Alex Eggo as far as durability goes? I don't mind paying for the real deal if it is better. The one I have now is mostly hollow inside.

TIA.....

Here are some pics of the offending knob. It looked and worked great until it broke. It appears to be made of hollow titanium of about 1mm thickness.

Time to put oem back on and start looking for another light titanium burned knob.

sorry to see that your knob broke like that.... I have seen a few others.....

I just installed the CR knob in my s2k and I love it.... good size, o.e quality, and it sits lower than my 02 factory knob.....

and it is significantly cheaper in price
