S2000 Splitter & Aluminum Undertray Flat Bottom
#11
The dzus fasteners would be a good way to have it setup for ease of removal for service.
The C7 ZR1 style trans cooler pieces might also help scoop more air for cooling.
Now the real question is what are the shower drain covers for? I'm guessing brake ducts covers/filtering?

Hey, I hope everyone is doing well and are safe during these times.
I finally had the urge to start working on my s2000 again, so I built a splitter and undertray
Splitter (ABS Plastic, reason cheap material easy to work with, won't get mad if it breaks)
template was wood (final product is ABS)
I then proceeded to build aluminum tire deflectors.

Hello!
I also made mine, I made lots of exhaust pipe cut out to suck hot air out of it. My S's handling is so much better.
but my engine bay is still hot and oil temp goes to 140c degree and water temp goes 100 c degree after just 10+min circuit run.
So I am going to try without one section just underneath of e/g to see how oil/water temp go.
your under tray is complete shut, do you have any heating problems?

WOW that looks amazing! Took it to the track and had 0 heating problems, purposely tested on a very hot day. What scared me was all the smoke from braking entered the cockpit. I thought it was a fire and found out it was just the brakes. I am very impressed with the setup thus far, a couple more serious drivers took it out and had me build them the same setup a week later. they are pleased with it. I get the rare rattle from the aluminum sheets at low idle once in a while, other than that I am very pleased.

that is amazing that you dont have heating issues. maybe Naca ducts underneath e/g are working. I put oil cooer, deleted e/g underneath undertray and made extra holes on my undertrays. but oil temp still goes to 130c but takes more time to reach it.
