I have a Berk 70mm HFC for sale if anyone is interested. Bought it back in the spring and used it for maybe a month. It's just setting on the shelf now. PM me if anyone is interested.

What I would do and am in the process of doing is replacing the cat with a test pipe and then adding an off the shelf aftermarket cat behind it.
catco offers a dirrect fit cat for 270 through summit racing but a standard off the shelf cat like can be found everywhere go for 70 and up.
If you are not going to do the O2 fix you can get an 02 wire extension to run the wire back a bit to the new cat.
