Default replace one strut by body shop higher hight help!

hi id like to say i purchased a 03' silver stone in march but had the car hit on the rear driverside suspension (by a drunk), they replace the whole rear subframe, left rear strut, ect, the car is a quarter inch higher on the side they replace the new strut,, is it the strut that can make it higer i though springs were solely for ride hight. or do you think the body shop didnt preload that side, should i take it back to the bodyshop before i mess with it

heres the car before anything it has 42xxx miles

Either the frame itself is tweaked or they didn't install the spring in the strut correctly or they didn't clock the bushings on that side.

They could have installed the springs without lining up the pigtails correctly. The spring is what controls the ride height.
