I am just purchasing a K&N FIPK off amazon, and I decided that while I was at it I would get a black silicon hose connector to go from the intake arm to the throttle body. I think it will look a little cleaner, plus my car is yellow so the orangish red connector supplied will clash.

Anyways just wondering what the size is of the connector supplied so I can order a black one and hopefully have it get here the same time as the intake.

I checked my account on amazon, the hump hose that I got was a "vibrant 2733 black 4 ply hump hose". Size is 2 3/4" x 3". 20 bucks.
It is a REALLY tight fit on the K&N intake tube side because of the lip. Also ordered a pair of "spectre 8703 T bolt clamp universal stainless" to replace the hose clamps.

alright thanks for the reply! Hmm 20 bucks is a little spendy but with the intake only being 216 on amazon I will probably spring for it. Does it have to be a hump hose?

My FiPK coupler was black.. And it was a version 1..

I've never seen one on a s2000 that wasn't black so far..
