Questions about Duel Stage airbags.
I keep getting conflicting stories. I heard I can put a 06+ airbag in my AP1 wheel from some sources and no from others due to it being a duel stage design.
Could anyone clarify? I was gonna grab one soon but there is too many conflicting opinions. Could a 06+ duel stage airbag function in a one AP1 wheel as a single stage airbag? Thanks.

The two different airbags will not allow you to directly swap them.
What you can do is swap the detonators of the two airbags - so swap the AP1 detonator onto your AP2 wheel - and then you can plug it in to work.
The splines on both wheel should fit. Good luck!
