Default Problem with skunk2 springs.....

Hey guys.... well almost a month ago I got my skunk2 springs put on, and as soon as it was done, I noticed that the entire driver side was lower than the passenger side, but I figured no big deal, let them settle. So I did, have been driving it, etc.... and the springs HAVE settled in, but the driver side is STILL about 1/4" lower, front and rear, than the passenger, so the car is somewhat tilted. Any suggestions as to why it's sitting like this? Thanks guys.

No no, they are installed how they need to be.... correct springs in the front and rear.

Did you preload the suspension correctly?

Not sure, it was done at a professional shop, so I'm assuming so.... what all does preloading the suspension consist of?

Well thanks guys.... I don't think it was preloaded correctly by the shop who did it, oh well. I'm not happy enough with the drop anyways, so I may just try out some coils.
