PLM header installed - pics and write-up
Installed my PLM header today, and it was quite possibly the biggest joke of a header install I've ever done. It only took me 1 hour start to finish, all by myself on jackstands. If you can change your oil, you can install this header. The stock header came out the bottom, and the new one slipped in easier than the stock one came out.
The header came with new gaskets, a spacer, and a new donut gasket.
Stock header removed.
Side by side
New collector is noticeably bigger
Welds
Inside the primaries are smoothed out
New gaskets and whatnot
Spacer tapped on w/hammer, donut gasket installed on top of it.
Collector bolted up
Frame clearance
All done
And a quick iPhone video, 2nd and 3rd gear.
I can't tell if it gained any power, and engine noise is only slightly increased at part throttle - definitely not unpleasant by any means. From 7k and up it's noticeably louder. Hope you enjoyed my review!

Looks very well constructed. If they would have designed their own header, instead of stealing a design from someone else, then I could warrant buying it.
